Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) offers investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of rental apartments, student housing properties, and multi-family residential and commercial mortgages across Canada and the United States. The REIT’s objective is to provide investors with stable cash distributions, payable monthly, with the opportunity for long-term growth and a focus on capital preservation.
The Fund seeks to maximize REIT Unit value through the ongoing management of Centurion Apartment REIT's assets and through the future acquisition of additional multi-unit residential properties.
