Investment Objectives

To provide income over a predetermined time period by investing in a portfolio consisting primarily of Canadian dollar-denominated bonds with an effective maturity in 2025. The Fund will terminate on or about November 30, 2025, or such earlier date upon not less than 60 days' notice to unitholders ( November 30, 2025).

Investment Strategy

To achieve its investment objectives, the Fund: ? will consist primarily of Canadian-dollar denominated investment grade corporate and/or government bonds with an effective maturity in the calendar year outlined in the investment objectives; ? will, in order to improve the tax efficiency of the portfolio, prioritize bond issuances that are trading at a discount to their maturity value (referred to as discount bonds); ? will, as the bonds reach maturity, transition the portfolio to cash
